Meet stressed out Steve. Steve is your average working dad, working long hours and trying to make ends meet for his beautiful family of four, plus their 2 fur babies. In this tight economy, Steve has resorted to taking some overtime hours just so he can rake in a little more cash, come month-end. With work being so demanding, Steve has little time for much outside of work. With the added responsibility of two dogs — one beagle and one longhair chihuahua— Steve feels like he is dropping the ball with his responsibilities to his family, with pet care being one of those responsibilities. Steve’s mind looks something like this:
Do you identify with stressed-out Steve?
Let’s re-imagine Steve’s life after he joins the pet club for the membership. Allow us to re-introduce you to Super dad Steve. Super dad Steve is not your average working dad. Yes, he works hard to provide for his beautiful family and their two fur babies, but these days he doesn’t have to take overtime for the extra cash because all the family expenses are properly balanced. This allows him more time with his family after work. The pet club membership saves the family a significant amount of cash every month, which affords the family top class pet care within the comfort of their own home, even whilst Steve is at work. The family can now get pet food delivered at home, so Steve doesn’t have to do a mad dash to the pet store after work to beat traffic. The at-home vet and behaviourist consults give Steve’s children an opportunity to learn how to care for the dogs. Steve now has peace of mind, knowing that he is doing the best for his family and for their pets. With the pet club membership, Steve has gone from dropping the ball with his responsibilities to becoming a master juggler of all his responsibilities.
By joining the club, you also can become like super dad Steve.
Meet Ray the Rookie. Ray has an awesome job running his dream business, a close-knit family, and he finally closed on his dream home. One could say that Ray has it going good for himself. With his life going pretty stable, Ray decided to take a huge step and add to the joy in his life by getting a dog. After getting the dog, he realised how much he romanticised what getting a pet would be like. In his mind, he pictured a well-behaved, active companion that would join him on his runs, play frisbee with him at the park, and enjoy some good downtime at home. But instead, Ray finds himself absolutely clueless. His romanticised image of being a dog parent has now turned into a bundle of nerves and a bunch of questions that he would like answered. In the space of 2 months of dog ownership, Ray has found himself asking and re-asking himself these questions:
There are so many questions needing so many answers. Ray the Rookie feels overwhelmed at how much he doesn’t know and feels pretty vulnerable. Ray wants nothing more than to be the best and most responsible dog owner that he can be. But instead, he finds himself second-guessing himself about everything and feeling guilty that he’s a terrible dog parent.
Does Rookie Ray sound like somebody that you know? Is Rookie Ray you?

His newfound confidence in being a dog parent has given him more time to focus on simply enjoying every moment with his dog. Ray is now living the picture-perfect life he had painted where his dog is a well-behaved companion that joins him on runs, plays frisbee with him at the park, and enjoys some downtime with him at home.

Meet overwhelmed Oratile. A typical day for Oratile involves multiple diaper changes for her four-month-old baby, packing up lunch for her husband as she sees him off to work in the morning, and after that, it’s errands on top of errands. She does all of this whilst nursing a 4-month-old and having her two-year-old toddler tugging on her pants, vying for her attention. Her toddler is not the only one vying for her attention. The family golden retriever, Spot, is super affectionate, quite needy and loves to play to burn off energy. Spot being a golden retriever requires at least forty minutes of intense daily exercise daily, which quite frankly, Oratile practically cannot offer Spot. Oh, and let’s not forget, Spot’s little shedding problem that leaves Oratile with lots of dog hair all over the house. It’s just all too overwhelming and raising a family and a golden retriever is not a one-woman job. Oratile’s overwhelmed mind looks something like this:
To all the young mamas out there who can see themselves in overwhelmed Oratile, we see you, we hear you, and we feel for you.
Since becoming a pet club member, Oratile’s life is a lot less overwhelming and a lot calmer and more ordered. Allow us to introduce you to at-peace-Oratile. Why is she so much calmer and less overwhelmed these days? Well, having a top-class dog grooming service come to your doorstep and groom your dog as you play in your backyard with your toddler is certainly enough to help anyone relax. You know what else can leave an overwhelmed dog owner feeling relaxed? How about having nutritious dog food delivered at your doorstep, sparing you the stress of going in-store to try and figure out which brand to get after reading through several food labels. And of course, the fact that she is getting a VIP quality service at a rate that is saving her money that she can invest in her family has put a huge smile in Oratile’s heart. These pet club features certainly brought ease into Oratile’s life that she needed.
